What is your shipping policy?â–¼
We currently ship within Spain, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Your order is carefully packed to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive shipping updates so you always know where it is. We sometimes work with Correos — and if you've used them before, you know they usually do a great job… though occasionally they like to take the scenic route 😉. What is your return policy?â–¼
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
